Omni 18L Family - Breakfast Egg Bites

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup red pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • Instant Pot® Official Air Fryer Non-stick Mini Muffin Pan
Instructions
  • In a large measuring cup, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix your filling ingredients in two separate bowls. In the first bowl, combine sausage and cheese. In the second bowl, combine spinach, red pepper, and green onion.
  • Spray the mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • In the muffin pan, divide the sausage and cheese fillings into the cups, filling only halfway.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the cups, filling almost to the top.
  • Preheat the oven; select Bake – 350°F for 8 minutes. Press START.
  • When preheated, place the muffin pan on the baking tray, and carefully insert it into the oven at the bake level.
  • When cook time is completed, carefully remove from the oven, and let rest for 5 minutes before removing the egg bites from pan.
  • Spray the muffin pan again, and divide the spinach and pepper filling in the cups, pour over the egg mixture, and bake the second batch of egg bites.
  • Preheat the oven; select Bake – 350° for 8 minutes. Press START.
  • When preheated, place the muffin pan on the baking tray, and carefully insert it into the oven at the bake level.
  • When cook time is completed, carefully remove from the oven, and let rest for 5 minutes before removing the egg bites from pan.
