Mozzarella Sticks


  • 14 oz (400 g) of mozzarella
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2-3 whole eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried herbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cooking Spray
  • Serve with: Marinara sauce
  • Cut into cheese sticks (approximately ⅓” (1 cm) thick.
  • Bread the sticks starting with flour, then passing through beaten egg (removing any excess), and then dredge through breadcrumbs mixed with some dried herbs. Season well and freeze the sticks for at least 30 Minutes; spread out without crowding them.
  • Remove from the freezer and spray all sides with a little oil.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set the time to 8 Minutes and the temperature to 375˚F (190˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, add the sticks and close the tray.
  • Check halfway through cooking when the fryer indicates Turn Food, and rotate.
  • Remove and serve immediately with the marinara sauce.
