Mexican-Style Hot Dogs


  • 6 hot dogs
  • 6 hot dog buns
  • 1 ear of corn
  • 1 jalapeno
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • Sour cream, as needed
  • Cilantro leaves, as needed
  • Pico de Gallo, as needed
  • Make shallow cuts into each hot dog all the way down in a crosshatch or parallel pattern. This increases the crispiness of each hot dog.
  • Air Fry hot dogs at 400°F / 205°C for 5-7 Minutes, or until browned and slightly crispy. Set aside.
  • Peel of husks from the corn until clean. Air Fry the cleaned corn at 400°F / 205°C for 8-10 Minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside until cool and cut off the kernels.
  • place hot dogs on warmed buns. Top with air fried corn kernels, pico de gallo, sour cream, cilantro, and slices of jalapeno. Enjoy!
