Melt-in-Your-Mouth Beef Gyros

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano leaves
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs well-marbled beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion
  • FOR SERVING
  • lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Prepared tzatziki sauce
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients except beef to the pot. Stir to combine.
  • Add beef to the pot. Stir to coat, then secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed.
  • Using the display panel select the MANUAL or PRESSURE COOK function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 20 minutes.
  • When the time is up, let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick-release the remaining pressure.
  • Serve beef on pita topped with lettuce, tomato and tzatziki sauce
