Maple Chili Air-Fried Pineapple


  • 1 large pineapple, ripe
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Salt, for sprinkling
  • Remove the stalk, stem, and skins from the pineapple. Cut into ½ inch discs, leaving the core intact. Cut each disc in half, producing half moon slices.
  • In a large bowl, toss cut pineapple with chili powder and maple syrup until evenly combined.
  • Air Fry at 400°F / 205°C for 10 Minutes, making sure to place each pineapple slice evenly in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Repeat air frying in batches as necessary.
