Remove the stalk, stem, and skins from the pineapple. Cut into ½ inch discs, leaving the core intact. Cut each disc in half, producing half moon slices.
In a large bowl, toss cut pineapple with chili powder and maple syrup until evenly combined.
Air Fry at 400°F / 205°C for 10 Minutes, making sure to place each pineapple slice evenly in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Repeat air frying in batches as necessary.
