Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ c lukewarm water
  • 3 c Bread flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 6 prosciutto slices
  • 1 burrata ball
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 1 c pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 c pizza sauce
  • 1 c mozzarella
  • ½ c pepperoni slices

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients for the pizza dough. Pour onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes , until smooth.
  2. Lightly oil a clean mixing bowl, add dough, and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to rise in a warm place for 1 – 1 ½ hours , or until almost doubled.
  3. On a floured work surface, cut dough into four equal pieces. Roll into balls, cover with a dish towel, and allow to rise for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Form each dough ball into a rectangle the size of the air fryer basket.
  5. For prosciutto pizzas, top dough with pizza sauce. Layer on torn burrata and finish with prosciutto slices.
  6. For pepperoni pizzas, top dough with pizza sauce. Layer on shredded mozzarella and then pepperoni slices.
  7. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
  8. Cook the pepperoni pizzas for 10-12 minutes. Drizzle with hot honey, cut, and serve.
  9. Cook the prosciutto pizzas for 12-15 minutes. Top with torn basil, cut, and serve.
