Lemony English Peas & Asparagus

Ingredients
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen
  • English peas
  • 2 cups asparagus
  • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • 1 lemon
  • 2-3 tbsp pine nuts or
Instructions
  • Add the garlic, peas, asparagus and broth to the Instant Pot.
  • Lock on the lid. Cook on Manual at Low Pressure for 2 Minutes. When time is up, quick release the pressure.
  • Add the lemon zest and juice, stir.
  • Transfer to a bowl or plate. Garnish with nuts.
