Lemon Baked Oatmeal


  • ⅓ cup oat flour
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • ½ Juice of lemon
  • Stevia to taste
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • ½ Juice of lemon
  • Lemon zest, ( for garnish )
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the oatmeal.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the container inside. Close.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the ingredients for the topping.
  • When crust is ready, add topping.
  • Lastly, garnish with lemon zest and 1 lemon cut into wedges.
