Leftover Flan


  • 4 eggs
  • 4 bread slices 2 hallullas (Chilean flat bread) or 2 marraquetas (Chilean flat French rolls)
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sugar to caramelize a mold
  • In the blender, beat the eggs, bread, milk, condensed milk, and vanilla.
  • Caramelize a mold and pour in the mixture. Cover the mold with aluminum foil.
  • Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®, add the rack and 1 ½ cups of water.
  • Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook and set time to 30 Minutes.
  • Let cool completely before serving.
