Kale Chips


  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Place kale in a bowl, cover with oil and add salt. Make sure all the kale leaves are covered with oil to prevent them from burning in the air fryer.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set the time the time to 5 Minutes and the temperature to330ºF (165ºC). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and add the kale. Close.
  • When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray, carefully move the kale leaves and close again.
  • Remove once leaves are dried add 1-2 extra Minutes of cooking if needed.
