Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings thighs, drumsticks
  • 2 pouches of A Dozen Cousins Jamaican Jerk Entrée Seasoning Sauce
  • Salt pepper to taste
Jamaican Jerk Chicken is a flavorful and spicy Caribbean classic, developed by Maroons (formerly enslaved Africans and their descendants) and influenced by Indigenous Taino and Arawak culinary techniques. The chicken is marinated in jerk seasoning and grilled to perfection.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, coat chicken with 2 pouch of A Dozen Cousins Jamaican Jerk Entrée Seasoning Sauce.
  2. Preheat Air fryer to 375 degrees F.
  3. Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 25 Minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Make sure to turn chicken half way through.
  4. Enjoy alongside A Dozen Cousins Caribbean Coconut Rice or Caribbean Mac & Cheese.
