Instant Dutch Oven - Chocolate Fondue


  • 3 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • pinch of salt
  • strawberries
  • bananas
  • kiwi
  • dried apricots
  • cookies
  • Select Manual Mode 1, set the temperature to 150°F and set the time to 30 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and the pinch of salt, when the cream starts bubbling add the chocolate chips at little a time, stirring well and constantly between each addition to ensure a smooth fondue.
  • Once the chocolate is completely melted press Cancel.
  • To keep the chocolate warm: select Manual Mode 1 set the temperature to 110°F and set the time to 2 hours.
  • Arrange an assortment of bite-sized dipping foods on a serving plate and enjoy!
