Ingredients

¼ cup lemon juice
2 tbsp simple syrup
1 cup ice
1 dark roast coffee pod
Lemon slices, for serving

Refreshing and bright, this drink is superb! We recommend making your own lemonade for this drink, as storebought lemonades aren’t acidic enough. To make your own simple syrup, mix 1 part sugar to 1 part boiling water. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

INSTRUCTIONS

Place a coffee mug under the coffee dispenser. Brew an 8-ounce coffee into the mug.
In a separate glass, mix the lemon juice with the simple syrup.
Add the ice to the lemonade glass, then pour the brewed coffee over it. Serve with lemon slices on the rim and stir before drinking!
