Place a large heatproof glass under the coffee dispenser. Add the honey to the glass.
Brew a 4-ounce espresso directly into the glass. Stir until the honey has dissolved.
Transfer the honeyed coffee to a cocktail shaker, or jar with a lid, and 1 cup of ice. Shake for 30 Seconds to 1 Minute until the coffee starts to foam.
Strain the shaken espresso into a large glass with the remaining 1 cup of ice.
Add milk of your choice and drizzle additional honey on top. Enjoy!
