Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp black or white sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Season the salmon with the soy sauce and then add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 390ºF (200ºC). Press Start.
  3. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket to place pieces of salmon, spreading them on the rack without piling them up. Close.
  4. When the time is up, remove, add the honey and sesame, and set the time for two more minutes.
