In a small bowl combine the honey, mashed garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Brush the honey garlic sauce over the pork chops. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Place the pork chops on an oiled air fryer basket, careful not to overlap. Cook in batches if necessary.
Air Fry at 400°F/205°C for 11-13 Minutes turning over halfway. Pork chops are done when the internal temperature reaches 145°F, and the outside is golden and seared.
Let the pork chops rest for at least 5 Minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
