Honey Garlic Pork Chops


  • 4 Bone -in pork chops
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt as needed
  • Black pepper as needed
  • Low calorie cooking spray as needed
  • In a small bowl combine the honey, mashed garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  • Brush the honey garlic sauce over the pork chops. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Place the pork chops on an oiled air fryer basket, careful not to overlap. Cook in batches if necessary.
  • Air Fry at 400°F/205°C for 11-13 Minutes turning over halfway. Pork chops are done when the internal temperature reaches 145°F, and the outside is golden and seared.
  • Let the pork chops rest for at least 5 Minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
