Microwave milk, pour into mixer bowl, sprinkle with yeast, mix lightly, and cover for 5 Minutes to activate yeast.
When the mixture begins to bubble, add flour, honey, sugar, melted butter, and salt.
Using the hook of the mixer on medium speed, knead for 5 to 6 Minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, form balls with each piece.
Insert the stainless steel bowl into the Instant Pot®. Cover the bowl with butter paper and put the buns inside.
Put on and lock the lid of the Instant Pot®. Make sure the steam release valve is turned to “Open” (Venting). Press Slow Cook and set the time to 3 Hours .
When opening the lid of the Instant Pot®, verify that the bottom of the buns are golden.
Brush with milk on top, sprinkle with a little coarse salt and grill from the oven for 1-2 Minutes until golden brown on top.
