Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the chicken on a cutting board. Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken all over about 4 times. This helps it turn out tender and juicy.
  2. In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, cover the chicken with the mixture, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 Minutes.
  3. On the Instant Vortex Air Fryer control panel, press Roast and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 400˚F (205˚C). Press Start.
  4. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the chicken on the rack. Close.
  5. When Turn Food appears on the display, open the basket and turn the chicken over using tongs. Close.
  6. Once the time is up, remove the chicken with tongs. Serve hot.
