Herbed Chicken

Ingredients
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  • Place the chicken on a cutting board. Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken all over about 4 times. This helps it turn out tender and juicy.
  • In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, cover the chicken with the mixture, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 Minutes.
  • On the Instant Vortex Air Fryer control panel, press Roast and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 400˚F (205˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the chicken on the rack. Close.
  • When Turn Food appears on the display, open the basket and turn the chicken over using tongs. Close.
  • Once the time is up, remove the chicken with tongs. Serve hot.
