Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin


  • 1 – 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • ½ tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • In a bowl mix the garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, 1 tsp salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mustard, olive oil and Worcestershire Sauce until smooth. Brush the mustard over the pork, coating all sides.
  • Sprinkle the garlic and herb mixture over the pork, pressing gently to coat all sides.
  • Open the lid, place the air fry tray inside of the basket. Select Bake and set the temperature to 375°F. Press Time and set for 25 Minutes . Press Start.
  • Make sure the pork has reached an internal temperature of 145°F. Cook longer if needed.
  • Once preheated and displays Add Food, place the pork tenderloin into the tray and close the lid. Do not turn the pork tenderloin during cooking.
  • Once the cooking time has finished, transfer the pork to a cutting board and let rest for 10 Minutes before slicing.
