In a bowl mix the garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, 1 tsp salt, and pepper. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mustard, olive oil and Worcestershire Sauce until smooth. Brush the mustard over the pork, coating all sides.
Sprinkle the garlic and herb mixture over the pork, pressing gently to coat all sides.
Open the lid, place the air fry tray inside of the basket. Select Bake and set the temperature to 375°F. Press Time and set for 25 Minutes . Press Start.
Make sure the pork has reached an internal temperature of 145°F. Cook longer if needed.
Once preheated and displays Add Food, place the pork tenderloin into the tray and close the lid. Do not turn the pork tenderloin during cooking.
Once the cooking time has finished, transfer the pork to a cutting board and let rest for 10 Minutes before slicing.
