In an ovenproof cup or bake pan, mix all the ingredients for the cake until you get a thick batter. If it is too runny, add more oat flour. If it is too thick, add water or liquid coffee.
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set temperature to 330°F (165ºC) and time to 8 Minutes.
Once Add Food appears on the display, add the cake.
Unmold the cake, turn it over and put it in for another 5 minutes.
Once the cake is ready, cut it into small pieces and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients for the cream and set aside.
In a glass or cup, put in a layer of the crushed cake or cake chunks, 1 tbsp liquid coffee and a layer of the cream. Repeat this step until the glass or cup is full.
