Soak both the sweet potatoes and the potatoes in water for 10-15 Minutes.
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set the time to 18 Minutes and the temperature to 395°F (200°C). Press Start.
Once Add Food appears on the display, add the potatoes and sweet potato on the rack. Close tray and let cook.
When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray and shake tray gently so that the potatoes and sweet potatoes move around, then close again. Allow to continue cooking until the appliance turns Off .
At the same time, season each fillet with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Season with salt and Latin Sazón completa (All-Purpose Seasoning). Stir.
Spread the flour on a flat plate, covering the entire surface.
Then coat each hake fillet in the beaten eggs until entire surface is covered. Dredge with the flour on each side and dip in the egg again. Repeat with all the fish. Set aside.
Once the potatoes and sweet potato have finished cooking, remove. Set aside.
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set the time to 10 Minutes and the temperature to 395°F (200°C). Press Start.
Once Add Food appears on the display, carefully put each piece of fish. Close tray and let cook.
When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray, and close again. Allow to continue cooking until the appliance turns Off.
Serve the hake with the potatoes and sweet potato. You can dress with fresh lemon juice.
