Healthy Cinnamon Rolls


  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 3 tbsp panela
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup (80 ml) milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp panela
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey or stevia
  • Mix all the ingredients for the dough together in a bowl.
  • Place on a surface and roll with a rolling pin into a rectangular shape.
  • Brush the coconut oil on top and then add the panela and cinnamon mixture.
  • Roll up. If necessary, cut in half and put in a pan.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and put the pan inside. Close.
  • Once the time is up, remove and add the frosting on top.
