1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless cut into large strips
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp siracha seasoning
1 ½ tsp dry oregano
1 tsp lime zest
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 cup red bell pepper, quartered
1 cup yellow bell pepper, quartered
1 cup chopped green bell pepper, quartered
1 cup large white onion, cut into ½” slices
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
small tortillas, approx. 10’
Salt, to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instructions
In a large bowl whisk 2 tbsp olive oil, ground cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, siracha seasoning, dry oregano, lime zest and lime juice until well combined.
Add into the bowl the chicken strips mix all together making sure you cover all the meat with the mixture, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place into the fridge let the chicken marinated for at least 1 Hour.
When ready to grill place the vegetables in a large bowl and season with olive oil, cumin salt and pepper.
Open the lid of the Air Grill and place inside of the basket the Grill plate.
Select the Grill function. Press Temp and select L5, set the time to 10 Minutes. Press Start.
Once the grill finishes preheating and displays Add Food, place on one side of the Grill plate the chicken tenders and in the other side the seasoned vegetables, close the lid.
When the unit displays Turn Food open the lid and carefully flip the chicken and vegetables, close the lid.
Once the cooking time has finished transfer them to a serving plate and let rest for 5 Minutes.
In the meantime, warm the tortillas, select the Grill function. Press Temp and select L4, set the time to 3 Minutes. Press Start.
Once the grill finishes preheating and displays Add Food, carefully place the tortillas inside of the basket, close the lid. When the unit displays Turn Food open the lid and carefully flip them, once the cooking time has finished transfer them to the serving plate.
