Granola By: Anabella Alfaro Cooking Technique Baking Keywords 1 large jar, baking, basics, chopped, cinnamon powder, coconut, coconut oil, healthy, honey, instant vortex, peanuts, pinch of salt, pumpkin seeds, rolled oats, shredded, sunflower seeds, to taste; add almost at the end Servings 1 Large Jar Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats½ cup peanuts, chopped½ cup coconut, shredded½ cup pumpkin seeds½ cup sunflower seeds¼ cup honey¼ cup coconut oil1 tbsp cinnamon powderpinch of saltSome raisins to taste; add almost at the end Instructions Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake , then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 320°F (160ºC) . Press Start .Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket, first line with aluminum foil, then place the granola on top. Close.When only 2 minutes remain, open the basket to add the raisins; then mix. Insert the basket again and wait for the remaining time to expire.Allow to cool before storing in glass jars.
