Easy Shredded Chicken Breast


  • 1 cup water
  • 5 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper add any additional seasoning to your liking.
  • Pour water or chicken broth into inner pot.
  • Place chicken breasts in liquid or on trivet.
  • Pressure Cook on High for 10 Minutes. When the time is up, carefully quick release the pressure.
  • Drain the liquid and shred chicken breasts with forks.
