Mix lemon juice, sambal sauce, soy sauce, honey, sunflower oil, garlic and the salt and pepper into the bowl. After mixing the sauce, remove two tablespoons of sauce and put it aside. You will use the sauce to glaze the chicken wings when they are the partway through cooking cycle.
Mix the chicken wing and the rest of the sauce into the bowl and refrigerate for 30 mins.
Place chicken wings in the air fry basket and place in the inner pot. Cover with Air Fryer Lid. Select AIR FRY, set the temperature for 400°F, time to 15 minutes, then press START. When the appliance beeps and the lid displays TURN FOOD, remove lid, turn the chicken wings and brush the sauce over the chicken wings. Cover with lid again and continue cooking. When program finishes, remove lid and remove wings with tongs.
