Duo Crisp + Air Fryer - Buffalo Chicken Poutine


  • 2 lb potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded aged Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cheese curds
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/3 cup Frank's Red Hot
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups carrot and celery sticks
  • Season potato wedges with salt and pepper.
  • Ensure that inner pot of Instant Pot Duo Crisp + Air Fryer is dry; place air-fryer basket in pot. In two batches, add potato wedges to basket; do not over-fill. Drizzle each batch with half of the oil.
  • Using the Air fryer Lid select Air Fry at 400°F for 22 to 24 minutes (turning basket halfway through cooking time), or until wedge fries are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Arrange potato wedges in serving dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with Cheddar, cheese curds and blue cheese. Drizzle with buffalo wing sauce and 2 tbsp ranch dressing. Serve with carrot and celery sticks, and remaining ranch dressing for dipping.
  • Alternatively, assemble Buffalo Chicken Poutine in small ovenproof baking dish. Place on trivet with sling in inner pot. Using the Air Fryer Lid select Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbling.
