INSTRUCTIONS Insert the stainless steel inner pot into the Instant Pot® and add olive oil. Press Saute. Once hot, add pork loin chunks, salt and pepper. Cook 3 to 4 Minutes on each side and remove from the Instant Pot®. Add the minced garlic, consommé, orange juice, lemon juice and orange zest to the Instant Pot®. Stir and add the pieces of seared pork loin. Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Cancel to end Saute function. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set the time for 20 Minutes. Once the time is up, press Cancel and turn the steam release handle to Venting. Remove pork loin chunks and chop finely. Spread mustard and melted butter on a piece of bread. Add minced pork loin, ham and provolone cheese. Cook for 1 to 2 Minutes, add pickles to taste and serve.
