  • 1 box of mushrooms, destemmed and finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup raw spinach
  • ⅓ onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • ½ tsp. chili flakes
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Italian cheese mix, shredded
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan, grated
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. chives, finely sliced

Tender mushroom caps are loaded with a rich, velvety spinach and cheese filling, then air-fried to golden perfection for that irresistible crispy edge. INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat up a pan. Add butter, and sauté the onion, garlic, mushroom, spinach, soy sauce, chili flakes, sugar, onion powder, and garlic salt.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream, black pepper, and sauteed mushroom mixture.
  3. Clean out each mushroom cap with a spoon to make room for the stuffing. Brush the outside of the mushroom cap with oil. Fill each mushroom cap, sprinkle on bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, and paprika. Air Fry for 10-12 minutes at 385°F / 195° C.
  4. Top off the mushrooms with chives and enjoy!
