Heat up a pan. Add butter, and sauté the onion, garlic, mushroom, spinach, soy sauce, chili flakes, sugar, onion powder, and garlic salt.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream, black pepper, and sauteed mushroom mixture.
Clean out each mushroom cap with a spoon to make room for the stuffing. Brush the outside of the mushroom cap with oil. Fill each mushroom cap, sprinkle on bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, and paprika. Air Fry for 10-12 minutes at 385°F / 195° C.
