Chocolate Lava Cake


  • 1 molitalia chocolate lava cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ½ cup (80 g) melted butter
  • Vanilla ice cream and confectioner’s sugar
  • In a bowl, beat the mix along with the melted butter, water, and eggs.
  • Place the mixture in the pan and remove the rack that is inside the basket. Very carefully, put the silicone pan inside.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 7 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  • Remove the pan, let it cool, and you're done! Optional: serve with a scoop of ice cream and dust with confectioner’s sugar.
