Chilean Empanadas

Ingredients
  • ½ lb ( 250 g) ground beef, sautéed
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ⅓ cup black olives
  • 6 empanada dough discs for (store-bought)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
  • Mix the ingredients well.
  • Fill the dough circles with the mixture and close.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, add the empanadas. Close tray and let cook.
