Ingredients

  • ½ lb ( 250 g) ground beef, sautéed
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ⅓ cup black olives
  • 6 empanada dough discs for (store-bought)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the ingredients well.
  2. Fill the dough circles with the mixture and close.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  4. Once Add Food appears on the display, add the empanadas. Close tray and let cook.
