Fillet the breast, place it inside plastic wrap and, flatten with a mallet. Add salt and pepper and insert alternating slices of ham and cheese.
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 365ºF (185°C). Press Start.
Tie the roll-up with string. Finally, dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Place in the basket; on the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, set the time to 15 Minutes (10 Minutes on one side, then flip), at 350°F (175°C). Press Start.
