Honey Chicken Wings with Soy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 lb (2 kg) wings
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup (90 ml) honey
  • Chopped parsley
  • Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix the honey with the soy sauce. Coat the wings with this mixture.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  3. Once Add Food appears on the display, add the wings. Close tray and let cook.
  4. When done, serve immediately; garnish with chopped parsley and sesame seeds.
  5. For extra-crispy wings, set the time for 18 minutes (instead of 15) and check them.
  6. Accompany with rocoto pepper dip.
