INSTRUCTIONS Season the breast fillet with salt and pepper to taste. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set the time to 10 Minutes and the temperature to 395ºF (200ºC). Press Start. Dredge the chicken breast with 1 cup of flour, then dip in 2 beaten eggs and dip in 1 cup of panko to coat. Once Add Food appears on the display, add the chicken breasts. Close tray and let cook. Once Turn Food appears on the display, turn the food and add ½ cup marinara sauce and ½ cup Parmesan cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley.
