Chicken Parmesan


  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Garnish with fresh parsley
  • Season the breast fillet with salt and pepper to taste.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set the time to 10 Minutes and the temperature to 395ºF (200ºC). Press Start.
  • Dredge the chicken breast with 1 cup of flour, then dip in 2 beaten eggs and dip in 1 cup of panko to coat.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, add the chicken breasts. Close tray and let cook.
  • Once Turn Food appears on the display, turn the food and add ½ cup marinara sauce and ½ cup Parmesan cheese.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
