Yucca Croquettes

Ingredients

  • 4 lb (2 kg) yucca, cooked
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¾ cup cup wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese, diced

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the ingredients very well, add the wheat flour and salt to taste.
  2. Take whatever you need to assemble a croquette and fill with mozzarella cheese, diced.
  3. Finish shaping the croquette and brush with oil.
  4. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set the time to 12 Minutes and the temperature to 375ºF (190ºC). Press Start.
  5. Once Add Food appears on the display, place the croquettes and sweet potato on the rack. Close tray and let cook.
  6. When Turn Food appears on the display, turn the croquettes over.
  7. Serve with parsley and sour cream.
