Yucca Croquettes

Ingredients
  • 4 lb (2 kg) yucca, cooked
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¾ cup cup wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese, diced
Instructions
  • Mix the ingredients very well, add the wheat flour and salt to taste.
  • Take whatever you need to assemble a croquette and fill with mozzarella cheese, diced.
  • Finish shaping the croquette and brush with oil.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set the time to 12 Minutes and the temperature to 375ºF (190ºC). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, place the croquettes and sweet potato on the rack. Close tray and let cook.
  • When Turn Food appears on the display, turn the croquettes over.
  • Serve with parsley and sour cream.
