INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pound out your chicken thighs until even. Season with garlic salt.

2. In a shallow bowl, mix the eggs, flour, 1 teaspoon of garlic salt, ½ teaspoon of paprika, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, and water together to make the wet batter.

3. On a separate plate, mix the breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of garlic salt, ½ teaspoon of paprika, and ¼ teaspoon of pepper to make your dry batter. Dredge the chicken thighs into the wet batter then straight into the breadcrumbs. Pack the breadcrumbs on tightly.

4. Spray oil onto the coated chicken thighs and place them into the air fryer basket. Air Fry for 12-15 minutes at 400°F / 205°C until golden brown and crispy. Make sure to flip halfway through.

5. In a saucepan, combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and water. Simmer until combined. Enjoy!
