Chia Almond Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 apple compote
  • 2 tbsp of mixed cereal, quinoa
  • 1 tbsp chia
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
  • With clean hands, form small balls and then crush them.
  • Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake , set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 205°C . Press Start .
  • Once the Add Food message appears, open the basket and spread the cookies on the rack without crowding. Close.
  • When the time is up, remove the cookies from the tray and let cool.
  • Enjoy the cookies are perfect for breakfast or snack.
  • Store them in an airtight container at room temperature. They last approximately 1 week.
