INSTRUCTIONS Layer broth, cream, garlic, salt, pepper and pasta, in that order, in the pot--do not stir. Ensure all pasta is submerged. Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed. Using the display panel select the MANUAL or PRESSURE COOK function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 6 minutes. When the time is up, let the pressure naturally release for 6 minutes, then quick-release the remaining pressure. Stir in the pasta sauce. Add the cheeses, 1/3 cup at a time, stirring after each additional until fully melted and incorporated. Serve hot garnished with finely chopped spinach (optional).
