Ingredients

  • 1 Camembert cheese
  • ¼ cup (20 g) pistachios
  • ¼ cup (20 g) cranberries
  • 1 tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the cranberries and pistachios in half. Make small diamond-shaped cuts into the cheese (0.5 cm deep)
  2. Place cheese in small ovenproof dish and a pour spoonful of honey on top of cheese. Top with dried fruit and nut mix.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then the set time to 6 Minutes and the temperature to 355°F (180°C). Press Start.
  4. Once Add Food appears on the display, add the tray with the cheese and bake until time is up.
  5. Serve with crackers.
