Make small diamond-shaped cuts into the cheese (0.5 cm deep)Place cheese in small ovenproof dish and a pour spoonful of honey on top of cheese. Top with dried fruit and nut mix.On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then the set time to 6 Minutes and the temperature to 355°F (180°C).
