Cheddar & Chive Baked Eggs

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 tsp fresh chives, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
Instructions
  • Grease two 7oz ramekins with butter, making sure to coat all sides.
  • To each ramekin, add 2 tbsp of cream, 2 tbsp of shredded cheese and 1 tsp of chives. Gently stir together.
  • Crack 2 eggs into each dish and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Open the lid, place the air fry tray inside of the basket. Select Bake and set the temperature for 375°F . Press Time and set for 13 Minutes . Press Start .
  • If you prefer firm yolks, cook longer for 15 Minutes.
  • Once preheated and displays Add Food, gently place the ramekins into the basket. Close the lid.
  • Use hand protectors to carefully transfer the ramekins to a serving plate.
  • Sprinkle 1 tsp of chives overtop and serve with crusty bread.
Notes
  • Chef’s Tip: Use your favorite cheese in this recipe, gruyere or parmesan are delicious options!
