Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 tsp fresh chives, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grease two 7oz ramekins with butter, making sure to coat all sides.
  2. To each ramekin, add 2 tbsp of cream, 2 tbsp of shredded cheese and 1 tsp of chives. Gently stir together.
  3. Crack 2 eggs into each dish and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Open the lid, place the air fry tray inside of the basket. Select Bake and set the temperature for 375°F . Press Time and set for 13 Minutes . Press Start .
  5. If you prefer firm yolks, cook longer for 15 Minutes.
  6. Once preheated and displays Add Food, gently place the ramekins into the basket. Close the lid.
  7. Use hand protectors to carefully transfer the ramekins to a serving plate.
  8. Sprinkle 1 tsp of chives overtop and serve with crusty bread.

Notes

Chef’s Tip: Use your favorite cheese in this recipe, gruyere or parmesan are delicious options!
