Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 2 lb yukon gold potatoes diced
  • 1 bell pepper, deseeded and diced
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 4 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 2 tsp rosemary, dried
  • 2 tsp salt
Instructions
  • In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until evenly coated.
  • Pour potatoes into the air fryer basket. Air Fry in batches at 385°F / 195°C for 18-20 Minutes, tossing the potatoes halfway and cooking until crispy and golden.
  • Serve with dipping sauces and more salt to taste.
