Ingredients

  • 2 lb yukon gold potatoes diced
  • 1 bell pepper, deseeded and diced
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 4 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 2 tsp rosemary, dried
  • 2 tsp salt
All hail the breakfast dish of champions – the famed breakfast potato! Slice, dice, mix, then dump into the air fryer for the easiest, yet tastiest, breakfast potatoes you’ll ever have. We promise you'll never use another recipe again!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until evenly coated.
  2. Pour potatoes into the air fryer basket. Air Fry in batches at 385°F / 195°C for 18-20 Minutes, tossing the potatoes halfway and cooking until crispy and golden.
  3. Serve with dipping sauces and more salt to taste.
