Breaded Silverside Fish


  • 12 silverside fish
  • 1 cup unprepared flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sarza Criolla
  • Season the fish. Then dredge through flour, dip in beaten egg and finally dredge through potato starch (chuño).
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  • Place silverfish in the basket very carefully. After cooking 10 minutes, flip to brown evenly.
  • Remove carefully and serve with bread and sarza criolla.
