Ingredients

  • 12 silverside fish
  • 1 cup unprepared flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sarza Criolla

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Season the fish. Then dredge through flour, dip in beaten egg and finally dredge through potato starch (chuño).
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  3. Place silverfish in the basket very carefully. After cooking 10 minutes, flip to brown evenly.
  4. Remove carefully and serve with bread and sarza criolla.
