Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos


  • 1 lb hot jalapeno peppers
  • 22 slices bacon
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup chives
  • While preparing the cream cheese mixture place the halved jalapenos in a large bowl with ice-cold water. The longer you keep them in water less spicy the jalapenos.
  • In a medium bowl mix all the stuffing ingredients until well combined.
  • Drain the jalapenos and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Using small spoon stuff the mixture into the jalapeno halves and wrap each jalapeno completely with bacon ensuring the cheese is covered.
  • Select Air Fry – 350 °F and set the time for 15 Minutes Press Start.
  • When the Air Fryer has finished preheating place the jalapenos inside of the basket. Air fry in batches if needed.
  • When the cooking time is completed, transfer the jalapenos to a serving plate. Enjoy!
