Best Cabbage Soup, Ever


  • 3 gold potatoes
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1/2 head green cabbage
  • 14.5 ounce tomatoes
  • 2 Vegan Apple Sage Sausage links
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot.
  • Cover with the lid and turn the lid clockwise to lock into place. Align the pointed end of the steam release handle to point to “Venting.”
  • Press "Slow Cook", press "Adjust" to increase heat to “More”, then use [-] button to adjust cooking time to 2 hours.
  • When time is up, open the lid of the Instant Pot.
  • Serve hot with whole grain bread rolls from your local bakery, or along with other dishes. Enjoy!
