Beer Turkey


  • 4 turkey breasts
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and whole
  • 1 can beer
  • Season the turkey with salt and pepper and spray well with the olive oil.
  • Cut the lemons in half, add their juice, and mix everything.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 390˚F (200˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and put the chicken breasts, squeezed lemon peels and whole garlic cloves in. Close.
  • When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray, stir and then close again. Let continue to cook until the machine turns Off.
  • Then lower temperature to 300ºF (150°C) for 40 Minutes. Add the beer, turn when prompted, and serve when ready.
