Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 2 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 6 buns

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Press "Sauté" function to heat inner pot.
  2. When display reads "hot", add 2 tablespoons water to the bottom of the inner pot.
  3. Add cabbage and onion; sauté until cabbage begins to soften, about 4 minutes.
  4. Stir in barbecue sauce, continue cooking until sauce is heated through, about 3 minutes.
  5. Press "Keep Warm/Cancel" once to cancel sauté mode.
  6. Toast buns then fill with a heap of barbecue cabbage. Serve hot. Enjoy!
