Mix all the ingredients for the filling. Set aside.
On parchment paper: Place the bacon in two rows forming a square, place the meat so that it covers most of the bacon.
Place the filling in the center part of this square of meat. Roll up, like a pionono, tightening it so it does not open up and fall apart.
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 30 Minutes and temperature to 340°F (170°C).
When the time is up, remove the roll, let it rest for a few minutes, and cut into slices. It can be served with mashed potatoes or cherry tomatoes sautéed in butter.
