Ingredients

  • 1 lb (½ kg) ground beef
  • 1 lb (½ kg) ground pork
  • Pepper, cumin oregano, salt (to taste)
  • 1 egg
  • 14 oz (400 g) bacon
  • 1 carrot diced (previously cooked)
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 6 oz (150 g) ham, diced
  • salt, oregano (to taste)
  • 1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the roll. Set aside.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the filling. Set aside.
  3. On parchment paper: Place the bacon in two rows forming a square, place the meat so that it covers most of the bacon.
  4. Place the filling in the center part of this square of meat. Roll up, like a pionono, tightening it so it does not open up and fall apart.
  5. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 30 Minutes and temperature to 340°F (170°C).
  6. When the time is up, remove the roll, let it rest for a few minutes, and cut into slices. It can be served with mashed potatoes or cherry tomatoes sautéed in butter.
