Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato (BLT) Sandwiches


  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 large heirloom tomato, cut into slices
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 8 Romaine lettuce leaves, torn into pieces
  • Organic olive oil spray, as needed
  • Lay the bacon strips evenly along the air fryer basket. Air Fry at 350°F / 175°C for 10-12 Minutes, or until crispy. Set aside.
  • Spray the bread with olive oil evenly on both sies. Place the bread in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Air Fry at 400°F / 205°C for 3-5 Minutes, or until crispy, making sure to turn the toast halfway.
  • Spread some mayonnaise on two slices of bread. Top one slice with three slices of bacon, a few slices of tomato, and torn lettuce leaves. Top with the second piece of bread, mayonnaise side down. Enjoy!
