Asian Noodles


  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 14 oz/400 g package noodles
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Cut the onion into strips and the rest of the vegetables into medium-sized chunks (so they don't fall apart when cooking). Put the olive oil, salt, and pepper in the pot along with the vegetables. Press Saute and set time to 7 Minutes.
  • Once the time is up, add the soy sauce, water, and noodles.
  • Close and lock the Instant Pot lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook and set time to 6 Minutes.
  • Once the time is up, release the pressure quickly. Open carefully and add the sesame oil. Mix well and you’re done!
