Apple Pie Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup plant-based milk or beverage
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or ghee
  • 1 apple
  • 10 pecans
  • 1 tsp monk fruit or sweetener of your choice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the ingredients for the topping. Add mixture to a baking pan or small aluminum foil basket. We recommend using the Instant Vortex Round Cake Pan.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast and then set time to 5 Minutes and temperature to 395˚F (200˚C). Press Start.
  3. Combine the ingredients for the oatmeal and pour into the ramekins.
  4. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 350˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  5. Place the ramekins inside the Instant Vortex basket.
  6. Top with the apple, serve hot, and enjoy!
